Denial of Immigrant VISA application

Hallo. I have a question. I am an American citizen living in Germany and am married to a German citizen. We have filed for an Immigrant VISA here in Germany at the US Konsulat in Frankfurt. My Question: If the application is denied, what next? Is it possible to go back tot he states with her anyway and try there? Does anybody know anything about denied Applications? Thank you very much for your comments in advance.

Do you speak any German? As fas as I know they don't disapprove visas for spouses, but they do now require German language?
Your wife can't just move to the USA with you, you have to apply for a visa for her, and you should read the requirements:

Warum verlangen die die Deutsche Sprache? Natürlich spricht mein deutsche FRau die Deutsche Sprache.

I wouldn't worry about getting denied too much - I yet have to hear about a spouse visa being denied.
If you filled in all the paperwork correctly and provided the supporting documentation, I dont see a problem

Jetzt die Frage nochmal in Deutsch. Ich bin Amerikanischer Bürger wohnen in D-land. Ich bin verheiratet mit eine Deutsche Frau. Wir haben ihre Immigrant VISA beantragt in Frankfurt weil ich zurück in die Staaten möchte. Meine Frage ist: Was ist wenn das Konsulat in Frankfurt unsere Antrag ablehnt? Können wir trotzden in den USA einreisen und dort nochmal versuchen? Vielen dank im Voraus,

Die haben gesagt ich sollte mein deutsche Arbeit nicht kündigen weil es werde unsere chancen schaden. Was hat meine Deutsches Einkommen mit leben in den USA zu tun?

nein, das Visa muesst ihr in D beantragen. bei dir sollte es eigentlich CR1 gewesen sein,,ausserdem werden sie es nicht ablehnen...ausser deine frau hat irgendwelche Sachen auf dem kerbholz oder ist krank oder so

Wer sponsert denn deinen Frau? Du kannst das ja nicht weil du kein Einkommen in USA hast...falls du den Affidavit alleine ausgefuellt hast,such schonmal jemanden der das auch noch macht, weil mit dir alleine wird das dann nix...ausser du gehst schonmal vor und suchst dir einen Job in USA.
