Ok.. what you see there is the "Lulav" 4 different Plants that male jews have to "wave" around on Sukkot during prayers. It is to bless the Harvest.

Sukkot is the Harvest Feast and we build little Shacks where we eat and one of the men should sleep in during the 7 days.

So.. during that holiday.. you see (especially in Jerusalem) a lot of religious guys.. running around with those Palmleaves and Etrog (kind of a Lemon) It looks pretty funny ...

Oh.. this video was taken in the center of Jerusalem. On the most famous street for tourists.. lol..
