Sollte das dann genehmigt werden, geht der Papierkrieg erst richtig los und es folgt der normale Bewerbungsprozess fuer das Einwanderungsvisum. Dazu brauchst du dann noch folgende Unterlagen:
- Passport valid for six months beyond intended date of entry into the United States
- Police Certificate
- Birth certificate for each applicant
- Birth certificate of all unmarried children who will not immigrate with you at this time
- Court and prison records, if applicable
- Military record, if applicable
- Marriage certificate, if applicable
- Affidavit of support (form I-864) plus supporting documentation
- Divorce decree, or death certificate of spouse, if applicable
- DS 230 Part II, Application for Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration (Sworn Statement)
Dann noch aerztliche Untersuchung und das Interview und wenn du dann nach evtl. 1 Jahr Glueck hast eine neue Greencard.
