I've got a question,
when you get married in the US and you're German, are you allowed to stay longer than 90 days without filing for the visa?
Everybody from the INS tells you something different! We talked to 5 people and got 5 different answers! So right now we don't know if I'm illegal in US or not! We just did, what the last person from the INS told us!
So, please help me!

as far as I know - and they should have told you at the POE, at least they told me in Newark - you have to get married within 90 days after your arrival in the US on your k1-Visa (which you obviously did), and apply for adjustment of Status within these 90 days as well. If you don't apply for AOS within this time you HAVE to leave the country as this is a sign for the INS that you changed your mind about staying here. I would recommend to read the BCIS website about all this, maybe you can find a way.

What part of PA do you live in? My husband is from PA!

Tarentum, about 30-40 min northwest of Pitts (I guess ... lol). IF I had a map, I'd probably know better, but maps somehow always vanish here.

I bet my husband knows that, he's from Oil City, about one hour north of Pitt!
He's on TDY right now, I tell you tomorrow if he knows where it is!
