Wenn der AG in der Stellenanzeige nichts davon schreibt, dass er ein Visum sponsort, kannst du es i.d.R. vergessen. Das Visum kostet sehr viel Geld und auch der Job muss den Kriterien für H1B, zu 100% deiner Ausbildung entsprechen und entsprechend bezahlt sein.
